A canon for YA Literature

I am linking to the Powerpoint presentation for this session and to an annotated list of titles that will be discussed. The annotated list is organised alphabetically. You will notice that each annotation concludes with a recommendation. If you are short of time (and I don't know of any English teacher who isn't) you can skim the recommendations to see which titles might be relevant to your needs.
